Tata Chemicals acquires US soda ash contracts worth over 500,000 tonnes

•Tata Chemicals North America acquired US soda ash contracts worth over 500,000 tonnes from Searles Valley Minerals Inc.

•The contracts, valued at over $110 million, will run from September 2026 to December 2028.

•Tata Chemicals North America paid $21.16 million for the contracts, approved by the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

•The acquisition strengthens Tata Chemicals' presence in the North American soda ash market.
