South Eastern Coalfields, Mahanadi Coalfields IPO by year-end: CIL CMD

•CIL Chairman B Sairam plans to complete IPOs of SECL and MCL by year-end, subject to market conditions and government directives.

•The IPOs will involve divestment of up to 25% equity stake in each company, with SECL also issuing fresh equity shares.

•SECL and MCL are among CIL's largest coal producers, accounting for half of the company's total output.

•CIL has already listed two subsidiaries, BCCL and CMPDI, earlier this year.
