Adani’s Cemindia Projects set to bag Rs 666-crore Bengaluru suburban rail project with double-decker flyover

Adani-backed Cemindia Projects Ltd emerged as the lowest bidder for the Rs 665.61-crore civil works package under Bengaluru's suburban rail project.
The package includes a 7.8-km elevated viaduct, a double-decker rail-cum-road flyover, and a double-decker station at Mathikere.
The contract has a 24-month construction period, and Cemindia Projects quoted Rs 665.61 crore, lower than Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd's Rs 759.05 crore bid.
The project is part of Bengaluru's suburban rail project, which aims to improve connectivity in the city.
